HP Global Anti-Counterfeit Program (Testimonial)
In my capacity as Director of HPs Anti-Counterfeit Program, I am writing to commend Halliday Finch on its outstanding efforts to reduce counterfeiting operations in Africa.
The HP Anti-Counterfeit Program works tirelessly to protect our customers, but this is only made possible through close collaboration with our service partners.
We truly appreciate our relationship with Halliday Finch, whose diligent investigations, connections with law enforcement agencies and longstanding expertise in counterfeit detection has ensured that. in 2017, HP has successfully removed over one million counterfeit products from the African marketplace.
Halliday Finch’s expertise in 16 African countries has led to multiple arrests. destruction of counterfeit printing supplies and even some custodial sentences.
Most recently, Halliday Finch seized the largest enforcement recorded on the continent where 58,000 counterfeit HP products were recovered and subsequently destroyed in Mozambique.
I am pleased that HP’s 7-year partnership with Halliday Finch in Africa has been extended and we look forward to ensuring the continued successful reduction of counterfeit printing supplies infiltrating African markets.
